Pick-up and delivery times must be arranged and confirmed in advance.

Because our products are food items and are made fresh, we do not accept returns.

All orders are made specifically for each customer.

For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds once an order has been completed or picked up/delivered.

If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, major damage, or missing product), please contact us within:

and provide a photo of the product and your order details.

We will do our best to resolve the issue fairly.
